Do You Ship Internationally?

Emarque™ ships selected watercooling products internationally. These products will be shipped via air express shipment with our respective partners. Should you require a specific logistics company, do contact us at sales@emarque.co for further enquiries and a quotation before purchase.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

For local shipping addresses, it would take no longer than 2-3 working days for your items to arrive. (Addresses within Malaysia)

International shipping differs according to country. Air express shipments for international addresses shouldn’t take no longer than 4 weeks.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Emarque™ Online Store accepts the following payment methods:
– Paypal
– Credit Cards via Paypal
– Instant Bank Transfer to Maybank

For international customers, we would recommend to go with Paypal and credit card options for further convenience and immediate payment receival. Do note that your order will not be processed until we receive the exact payment amount on our end.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You could contact us at sales@emarque.co to make changes to your order before it’s shipped out.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, you would need an account to place an order via our online store.

I’ve bought certain items wrongly or they are not compatible.

Emarque™ provides a 7 days exchange policy to the buyer of the respective product should the product was wrongly purchased or was deemed incompatible. The product(s) should be returned in an unaltered and undamaged state. Only packaging can be opened, product must not have any traces of use. To avoid cases like these, we would recommend to contact us for an advice before purchasing – we’re PC enthusiasts as well. We will help you out as much as possible with our product knowledge and experience.

WARRANTY

Emarque™ provides 1 Year International Warranty for selected watercooling products. This warranty coverage is non-transferrable and we would only return the product(s) back to the registered account owner.

Watercooling and modding installation provided by Emarque only covers 30 DAYS. By accepting the PC after installation, we are not obliged to make any further changes to the watercooling loop & mod. Emarque™ will remain obliged to our offer for warranty cases within a period of not more than 15 days.

Emarque™ will provide shipping to the owner of the respective product(s) only.
