Every EMARQUE PC comes with warranty coverage for the full system and individual components based on manufacturer terms. Most systems are covered up to 3 years, while selected components may carry up to 5 years depending on the manufacturer. Warranty coverage is subject to the actual component brand, model, and manufacturer limitations.

EMARQUE AI is the AI solutions division of EMARQUE Technologies. It helps Malaysian businesses, creators, and technical teams deploy NVIDIA-powered AI workstations and GPU compute systems for local AI workloads such as large language models, model training, inference, automation, and private data processing.

Yes. EMARQUE provides lifetime support and services for EMARQUE PCs, including technical guidance, servicing support, dust cleaning, upgrade advice, and repair labour. Component replacement cost may apply if the part is outside warranty or not covered by manufacturer terms.

Most custom builds are completed within 3–6 business days from order confirmation, depending on parts availability and build complexity. EMARQUE will confirm the target timeline after your order is placed and update you during assembly, testing, and quality control.

Yes. EMARQUE ships PCs nationwide within Malaysia, with secure delivery for completed systems. Customers may also self-collect from EMARQUE HQ at Zenith Corporate Park, Petaling Jaya when the order is ready.

Prebuilt PCs are curated configurations designed to be easier and faster to order. Custom builds let you choose parts based on your needs, budget, and use case. Both are assembled by EMARQUE and go through stress testing and the company's multi-point QA/QC process.
