EMARQUE PC — Custom gaming PCs, professional workstations, and high-performance desktop systems for gamers, creators, professionals, and businesses. Every system is hand-assembled, stress-tested, and checked through EMARQUE’s in-house QA/QC process before delivery.

EMARQUE AI — On-premise AI workstations and end-to-end AI solutions for organisations that want to run AI workloads locally. This includes NVIDIA-powered GPU compute platforms, AI workstations, and deployment support for business AI use cases.

Founded in 2016 and formally incorporated as Emarque Technologies Sdn. Bhd. under SSM Registration No. 202001018506, EMARQUE is based at Zenith Corporate Park, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The company focuses on making high-performance computing more accessible through quality systems, practical product guidance, reliable after-sales support, and local technical expertise.

EMARQUE sources exclusively through authorized Malaysian distributors of NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte, Zotac, NZXT, HYTE, Thermaltake, Corsair, Kingston, Samsung, and other major brands — so every component carries the manufacturer's official Malaysia warranty and is genuinely backed locally.

EMARQUE provides a 3-year warranty on the EMARQUE-built system as a whole — covering assembly, configuration, and thermals. Individual components retain their manufacturer warranties on top, typically 3 years on CPUs and GPUs, with some parts (PSUs, certain memory and storage) covered for 5 to 10 years. EMARQUE follows each manufacturer's timeline so you get the longest support possible.

On top of warranty, every EMARQUE PC includes a 90-day 1-to-1 exchange on any failed component (no manufacturer RMA hassle) and lifetime labor support for as long as the parts inside were purchased from EMARQUE — bring it to our workshop and we service it without a labor charge.

EMARQUE AI is the AI solutions division of EMARQUE Technologies. It helps Malaysian businesses, creators, and technical teams deploy NVIDIA-powered AI workstations and GPU compute systems for local AI workloads such as large language models, model training, inference, automation, and private data processing.

By running AI locally, organisations gain better control over performance, privacy, and long-term operating costs compared to relying fully on cloud-based AI services. EMARQUE AI provides the hardware, configuration, deployment guidance, and ongoing support needed to bring AI capabilities in-house.

Yes. EMARQUE provides lifetime support and services for EMARQUE PCs, including technical guidance, servicing support, dust cleaning, upgrade advice, and repair labour. Component replacement cost may apply if the part is outside warranty or not covered by manufacturer terms.

Build, validation, and dispatch typically take 3–6 working days. For custom configurations, EMARQUE confirms the lead time once your order is placed and updates you through assembly, testing, and quality control. Our technicians personally pack every system — multi-layer foam, internal foaming protection, corner protectors, anti-static wrap, and GPU bracing — so it arrives in the same condition it left the workshop. If anything happens in transit, we cover it.

Yes. EMARQUE ships PCs nationwide via insured courier — shipping insurance is included on every PC. East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak) typically adds 1–2 working days on top of the standard build window.

Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday at all locations. Booking an appointment is recommended so a sales person can assist you for a smoother handover. Bring your IC for verification upon collection.

Prebuilt PCs are curated configurations designed to be easier and faster to order. Custom builds let you choose parts based on your needs, budget, and use case. Both are assembled by EMARQUE and go through stress testing and the company's multi-point QA/QC process.

Yes. EMARQUE issues e-invoices through Malaysia's LHDN MyInvois system. Under current LHDN rules, an individual e-invoice is compulsory for any purchase above RM10,000 — for that we'll need your IC number (Malaysian residents) or passport number (non-residents). For purchases below RM10,000, e-invoices are issued on request. Corporate buyers should provide company name, business registration number, and TIN. Just include these at checkout or email us after ordering.

Yes. EMARQUE supplies businesses, SMEs, and educational institutions with custom-built PCs and workstations at scale. We issue LHDN e-invoices for every order, and we can structure delivery, asset tagging, and on-site setup to fit corporate procurement needs.
